My love affair with Lake Owen started when I was just 4 years old. Our family vacation brought us to Cavalier Resort, currently the Lake Owen Villas,  on the very south end of the lake. This is where I learned to water ski and appreciate Lake Owen. Shortly thereafter, our family acquired Virginia Beach Resort.  As you would imagine, growing up on the lake drove my awareness of its natural beauty. I sum it up in one term - Secchi 32! With a 32' deep clarity rating, Lake Owen is ranked as one of the clearest lakes in WI.  Surrounded by the Chequamegon National Forest, Lake Owen inspires each and every Lake Owen Woodworks piece.
